The two faces of wind force-Part 1

The increasing of wind velocity as cited on SCOTT EICHELBERGER, JAMES MCCAA, BART NIJSSEN & ANDREW WOOD(2008) imply on good oportunity to use the wind as energy. But,the increasing of catastrophic events due to high velocity of wind may occure. Thus this fact needs a good project on infrastructure, as considering this velocities on structural projects.
